With dropping bond yields, property acquisitions & related economics of borrowing rates vs returns (cap rates) seem to be more favorable compared to where we were 6-9+ months ago. Accordingly, borrowers and lenders have become more active in a market that is showing signs of improvement.
Also and with little (arguably no) upward pressure on interest rates, land development & construction activities are seeing more traction.
